We ship item from Indonesia. Item will be shipped to worldwide using registered airmail. Shipping insurance also had been covered.

Postage receipt will always been attached to buyer registered email address as a proof. So there is no reason to worry that item will not be sent.

As all of our dog clothes collections are made to order, we need for about 4-5 days to make orders ready. (We will give you notification after received payment)

Approximate Delivery time using registered airmail:

To USA / United Kingdom : 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends)
To Australia : 7-21 business days (excluding weekends)
To France / Germany / any other Europe countries : 4-6 weeks (depends on the customs duties of each country

Return Policy 

All of our products are custom made following your furbaby's body measurements. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
